While charities are able to assist with valuable food and grocery supplies, there is still a lot of perfectly edible food going to waste at food service businesses in your area because it’s too difficult to rescue in time.

A food merchant has perfectly good food that hasn’t been sold that day. He posts it on MealPass App

The person downloads the app and enters the code and is now able to see what donated food is available in the area.

A charity knows of someone in need of food assistance and issue the person with a MealPass code.

The person then goes to the food outlet within a time window specified by the merchant, shows  the onscreen e-voucher and collects the food.

As a registered charity you are able to refer clients, via the Mealpass App, directly to local food outlets where they can receive a meal just like any other customer except it’s free.

  • It’s simple and requires almost no time or effort – the app takes care of the whole process – all you have to do is provide a code to your clients.

  • It’s free to use with no obligations and no in-app purchases.

  • Your clients will be able to benefit from good food which you’ve previously not been able to access.

  • You’ll not have to worry about pick-up, storing or distributing the food yourself.

  • Your clients will be able to select meals appropriate for themselves and their families from those on offer on the app – giving them autonomy and dignity of choice.

  • You will be able to offer your clients meals when you are closed, i.e weekends and holidays.

Receive an allocation of codes from MealPass.

2. DISTRIBUTING MEALPASS CODES

Pass on the codes to appropriate clients for them to use when downloading the MealPass app onto their smartphones.

Watch as clients are able to choose and collect free meals from the awesome businesses in your local community.
